Points2BIM was born out of frustration with outdated Scan2BIM workflows.
For years, surveyors delivered point clouds and modelers manually redrew them into BIM models — slow, costly, and full of friction.
We started as a joint venture between surveying and modeling experts as well as project developers and combined this domain knowledge with automation technology from the world of AI and automated driving.
Our mission was clear:
challenge the old way and create a faster, smarter, more reliable path from point cloud to BIM.
