Challenge
Our client needed a BIM model for a project in the area of serial rehabilitation that accurately represents the current building. The challenge was to create the model quickly and without significant effort. Therefore, the client chose Points2BIM.
Solution
To create the BIM model, we went through two stages: First, our AI generated the BIM base model in 2 instead of 20 hours. After reviewing the model, our expert team optimized it based on the client's specifications to ensure the highest efficiency and quality.
Result
The client received a BIM model (LOD 200) within 24 hours, allowing for further development and customization to be discussed with our expertise. As a result, he received the finished model in half the time, with a maximum deviation of 2 cm from the point cloud.
