For the renovation of an 11,000 m² retail building, Kaufland required a fast and highly precise BIM documentation of the complete inventory. The challenge lay in the size of the area, the multitude of technical installations, and the necessity to seamlessly integrate architectural, MEP, and terrain data into a single model. The goal was to significantly accelerate the planning and approval processes while ensuring the highest accuracy.
